Craft room details

Last night the lovely crown was purchased. When I got home and started going through the salvaged trim pieces it turns out somehow the 4th piece of baseboard was possibly thrown out.. I haven't finished searching the house for it.. but I'm pretty sure it made the trash somehow.

I hope to hang this by the weekend.
I also started to glue some of the trim that splintered a bit when it was taken down. Once it's primed, holes are filled and it's painted I'm sure you won't be able to tell the difference.
Other pieces of trim that didn't have to be glued got their first coat of primer.
I'm still playing with the color palette.. But this is what I have so far:

The garden is also doing heavenly. I have several more Japanese Eggplants just about ready.. and soon I'll have tomatoes coming out of my ears.

The cherry tomatoes are almost ready! 1 out of 6 varieties of tomatoes I'm growing.

And that is all I have to report. I am still sanding and mudding the walls. Gah! That's a lot of work! Especially the sanding part! Oh my!

  1. I feel for you! My arms felt like they were going to fall off when I created my office/craft room. Hope you are wearing a mask! That dust is terrible! You should link up to the Met Monday party at BNOTP with one of your posts so others can see all your hard work. It goes up Sunday evening between 8 and 9PM. Your craft room is going to be awesome when you're done! Can't wait to see your color selections.
