1 Year ago Today:

I walked my future house for the first time. I had just wrapped up a home buyer seminar class the day before... And was probably wearing my realtors patience pretty thin with all the houses we looked at. It'd be a few more days and another couple walk throughs before I made an offer. (Dec 22, 2010)
By February 28th 2011, it'd be mine. Haven't looked back since.

One year later (almost) and I'm mostly settled and projects are still being done and completed. It's been a year of some ups and downs and lots of work, sweat, bumps, bruises, and cuts along the way... But it's coming along.

2012 will be even better and I plan to officially throw my housewarming.
